Dene Designs ("we," "us") builds websites and provides digital marketing for home-service businesses. This policy explains what we collect on denedesigns.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site you agree to this policy.

• Information you give us. When you request an audit, book a call, or sign up through a form, we collect what you submit — typically your name, email address, business name, and website.
• Usage & device data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser, referring source). On some pages a first-party "visitor context" script records similar non-identifying signals (approximate location, device type, UTM/referrer) to tailor what we show you.
• Cookies. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them via our cookie banner. Until then, analytics and advertising storage are disabled (Google Consent Mode). Strictly-necessary cookies that make the site work are always on.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and provide our services.
• To measure and improve the site and our marketing.
• To communicate with you about your inquiry (you can opt out of marketing email at any time).

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with vendors who process it on our behalf:

• Stripe — payment processing, if you purchase (stripe.com/privacy).
• Resend — transactional and marketing email delivery (resend.com/privacy).
• Anthropic / Claude API — AI analysis when you request an audit (anthropic.com/privacy).

• Cookies. Use the banner to accept or decline analytics cookies; you can change your mind by clearing site data and reloading.
• Email. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
• Access / deletion / "Do Not Sell or Share" (CCPA). We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, email us — see below.

Data retention & security

We keep inquiry data only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations, then delete it. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
